During an appearance on the Sean Hayes and Dr. Priyanka Wali s on their new podcast,
Hypochondriacto, Bell shared how Michael Pollan‘s book,
How to Change Your Mind was an eye-opener for her.
The
Good Place alum said, He really goes into detail about this underground academic community that has continued to study the effects of LSD and psilocybin on what they call ‘healthy normal . There are aspects to those two particular drugs that the places you can go in your brain are much deeper and more healing than anything else.

BTS’s Suga addresses mental health struggles with depression
South Korean singer and songwriter Suga recently got candid about all of his struggles with depression and overall mental health woes.
The singer got candid during his interview with
Rolling Stone and admitted, “I’m comfortable now and feeling good, but those sorts of negative emotions come and go. So it’s almost like cold weather. It may come back in a cycle over a year, year and a half.”
“But when I hear people say that when they listen to my music, and feel comfort and are consoled by those lyrics that express these emotions, that makes me feel very good. It’s very encouraging.”

The Duke of Sussex will talk about his mother s death and the experience of having to walk behind her coffin at her funeral in his new Apple TV mental health series.
A trailer released today shows footage of Prince Harry, then 12, taking part in the funeral procession following the death of Diana, Princess of Wales.
The five-part series, called The Me You Can t See, will be released on Friday.
